First, start by signing in and start filling out the form. Depending on the business need of the company, the order form can be changed to better fit the organizations policies. Anything from questions being asked to colors on the form itself, everything can be customized. This becomes extremely beneficial for when your organization uses a database to populate the field values.
If you have supporting documents, they can be uploaded and attached to the final purchase order form. When you have completed purchase order form, you can preview it to see how it presents and if any changes need to be made.
Finally, the PDF order form itself can also be customized with a company logo or colors that can be added to the order form. If you already have a preexisting fillable PDF, you can add and use that instead.
