ECM Toolbox Workflow has been successfully implemented at one of the oldest insurance companies in the United States. This insurance company has been an OpenText ApplicationXtenderclient for years and is supported by its VAR – Amtek Data Corp.

The Client needed a solution to automate its procedures in the Underwriting Department and the Client Service Department. In the past, incoming requests were received, processed and monitored by email and the server file share. Eventually the records were imported to OpenText ApplicationXtender.

ECM Toolbox provides the client cost savings, stronger customer service delivery and lowers the firm’s risk. Some of the benefits derived from the system are noted below.

  2. The processing of each task is fully auditable
